The Trussell Trust

what is it?

The Trussell Trust is a network of foodbank all across the United Kingdom. They are organizers of the most food banks in the UK meaning they have many places for people to get help.

what do they do?

They run food banks that hand out food parcels. Food parcels contain healthy, balanced, non-perishable foods that can provide at least three days or meals for individuals and families. Yet, they also provide additional support for those accessing the food banks which you can find on trusselltrust.org or you can get information by contacting them, foodbanknetwork@trusselltrust.org.

how to access them?

In order to access the food banks from the Trussell Trust, you have to get a referral voucher. These vouchers can be accessed through a variety of different organizations such as your housing association, refugee/asylum seeker support organizations, and welfare rights advisors.
